I have waited for 3 and a half hours and still no sign of a tow truck I called 3 times and had kept being told it would be here right away still no sign of the truck. Called for the 4th time and they told me that the truck will be here in 30 minutes. If you have Tripple A cancel it is a waist of money.
Slower than slow service in here just to make a payment. No one has even acknowledged that I walked in the door. Big disappointment!
Probably the worst experience I ever had at a notary. I have transferred titles on a lot of cars,trucks, and motorcycles. Takes usually 10-30 minutes at the most ever . This place takes over a hour every time . This was my second visit (not by choice ) and it's over a hour each time. First off they are just slow and all act like it's there first day. Like you have to explain to them how to transfer a title. Secondly, just very rude and short with people. They act like you are bothering them by giving them business !! If you don't want to do title transfers, then just don't offer the service. Period , that's it . Don't blame a customer like they are taking up your time or bothering you by requesting a service that you offer. An speed it up! Doesn't take over a hour to do! If you need to transfer a title I wouldn't recommend this place unless your desperate. An even then you're still going to regret your experience.
Very friendly and helpful with all travel needs
My husband and I started out on a road trip, after much planning, Garmin preparation, assembling 5 maps, and coffee! Shortly after departure, we discovered that we had left the stack of maps at home! I like following our progress with a paper map..a very useful adjunct to the Garmin. OOPS! I checked my phone, discovered the AAA office in Williamsport was on our route, and made one quick phone call. Thirty minutes later we walked into the office, and five minutes after that walked out with our maps. Service extraordinaire! Thank you!
